You will lead cross-functional commercial efforts, develop a high-value opportunity portfolio, and maintain a visible Rome presence to secure senior-level engagements. You shape BNP Paribas Group's market positioning through proactive relationship management and strategic insight. Retribuzione / Benefits Build and nurture relationships with C-level figures in target pension fund and retirement scheme institutions
Leverage an established Italian pension/retirement network to accelerate credibility and business development
Represent the bank at institutional events with a Rome-centric focus
Collaborate with industry associations and legal advisors to create interacting frameworks with Bank leadership




Develop strategies to manage relationships with top stakeholders and ensure timely communication
Identify value-added Securities Services opportunities and maintain a prospect pipeline aligned with regional strategy
Maintain and update the CRM with prospects, opportunities, and visits; develop account plans per prospect
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure bid quality, profitability, and compliance
Responsabilità 8+ years of experience in pension funds and retirement schemes
Existing network of relationships at Chairman/Director General level in Italy's pension market
Strong track record in senior-level relationship management and sales leadership
Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales processes including RFPs and risk procedures
Fluency in English and Italian; deep knowledge of securities services and pension fund ecosystem
