Experteer Overview As a Demand Planner at LG Electronics, you will ensure smooth information and product flow between Sales, Category Marketing, and factories. You will maintain accurate forecasts, support supply planning, and deliver insights to guide inventory decisions. You will coordinate forecast accuracy, stock levels, and timely deliveries across cross‐functional teams. This role offers exposure to S&OP; processes, KPI tracking, and collaborative problem solving at scale. You will help shape demand and supply for consumer electronics and related solutions. COI Analyze sell‐out trends monthly and yearly Develop sell‐out/sell‐in forecasts with Marketing Evaluate seasonality and promotions impact on forecasts Run forecast consensus meetings with Sales Leader and cross‐functional teams Maintain accuracy and visibility of forecast reports and KPIs Oversee supply planning, manage constraints, maintain daily factory communication Manage product allocation with monthly planning and weekly adjustments Follow up on orders, deliveries, delays Coordinate product SWAPs with other subsidiaries Responsabilità Degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field Experience in demand planning, supply chain, business planning, or similar roles Strong analytical and numerical skills with large data sets Proficiency in Excel and planning/reporting tools Solid understanding of forecasting methodologies and supply chain fundamentals Strong communication skills and cross‐team collaboration Detail‐oriented mindset with ownership of accuracy and deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr
