Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and execute the property's IT strategy aligned with operations and business objectives
Oversee day-to-day IT system operation, security, and guest-facing technologies
Maintain robust data protection and cybersecurity measures
Manage IT projects and system upgrades with internal and external partners
Provide timely IT support to all departments and ensure operational continuity
Lead IT budgeting, procurement, licensing, and cost control
Ensure compliance with data privacy laws (e.g., GDPR)
and payment security standards (e.g., PCI-DSS)
Train property teams on IT systems and digital tools
Collaborate with department heads to identify digital solutions to improve efficiency
Stay updated on hospitality technology trends and propose innovations
Responsabilità Senior IT leadership experience, preferably in luxury hospitality or multi-outlet operations
Strong knowledge of PMS, POS, CRM, VOIP, and guest-facing technologies
Expertise in IT infrastructure, network security, and data protection
Excellent project management and complex system integration experience
Strategic mindset with hands‐on, solution‐driven approach
Strong leadership and cross‐functional collaboration skills
Discretion, reliability, and commitment to data integrity
Fluency in English; other languages advantageous
Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; cybersecurity or network administration certi
