The **Sales Specialist** will be responsible for effectively promoting and selling Pall's full F&B; product portfolio to CP´s and KA´s setting while fostering positive business relationships to achieve sales targets. **In this role, you will have the opportunity to**: - Expand customer base (networking, lead follow-up and conversion of opportunities) and cultivate productive long-term relationships with customer senior management and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain customer profile and SWOT including sales potential, operating structure, sites, contacts, and other relevant information.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to strategically position Pall Solution for maximum advantage. Stay ahead of competitive activity at existing customers and Leverage competitors’ knowledge to influence strategic decisions and enhance market positioning.




- Drive growth through continuous improvement leveraging the Danaher Business System tools, including maintaining appropriate databases and Sales Funnel Management in CRM (such as Salesforce), RFQ, and Project/Quote Tracking. **The essential requirements of the job include**:_ _**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in a sale, business development, and/or account management role within a business-to-business environment in direct customers and distributors.
- Bachelor’s degree required - preferably in food science, food technology, or other related fields such as biology, chemistry, chemical engineering.
- Willingness to travel over 50% of the time, primarily domestic travel. Will be conducting face-to-face selling with customers.
- Proficiency in English and Italian.
