Experteer Overview As Solution Design Lead, you shape end-to-end solutions and platform strategy within the Service Business Solutions team, aligning business needs with technology. You work closely with technical and enterprise architects to translate demands into fit‐for‐purpose designs, guiding architecture, integration, and vendor choices. You lead design and option assessments across Salesforce, SAP S/4 HANA, Mule Soft, and cloud‐native architectures, and drive Po C initiatives. You bridge business and IT, ensuring deliverables meet requirements and strategic goals. and future‐state integration blueprint Review supplier deliverables against requirements and provide feedback Contribute to innovation and Po C initiatives with hands‐on collaboration Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT with strong integration knowledge and stakeholder management Responsabilità 10+ years of experience in solution, application, or platform architecture in large enterprises Strong business process knowledge in at least two areas (e.g., Installed Base Management, Field Service Management, Asset Performance Management, Tools Management, Customer Portal, Sites Management) Hands‐on experience with Salesforce, SAP S/4 HANA, Mule Soft, and cloud-based integrations Understanding of integration patterns, API‐led architectures, and event‐driven solutions Experience leading or influencing technical teams, or 5+ years of development with solution ownership readiness Solid technical
