Experteer Overview In this role, you will support the Group Shared Services Financial Controlling function in supervising the financials of Group IT projects and software factories. You will partner with cross‐functional teams to manage project budgets, procurement‐to‐pay processes, and project accounting, while driving budgeting, forecasting, and timely reporting. You will ensure compliance with accounting principles and contribute to the group's finance transformation efforts. This is an opportunity to influence large IT initiatives and strengthen financial governance within Generali.
Benefits Manage the budget for a major Group finance transformation project
Oversee procurement‐to‐pay for projects, including requirements, budget checks, contracts, supplier orders,



delivery confirmation and invoice payments
Oversee accounting for project‐based revenue and percentage‐of‐completion where applicable
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and periodic reporting for Group IT projects
Provide methodological oversight on accounting principles and compliance for project teams
Responsibilities Degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering
8–10 years of experience in Finance with IT project management and project financial planning
Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling)
Fluency in Italian and English
