Purpose The Cash Specialist is responsible for optimizing cash management and financial efficiency by handling complex cash analysis tasks and supporting cash management activities. This role ensures the organization maintains sufficient liquidity to meet its financial obligations and prepares accurately cash projections that provide meaningful infomration to leadership for decision making. Responsibilities Cash Position Analysis: Accurately monitor,



analyze, and report the cash position, clearly explaining variances against forecasts. Free Cash Management: Optimize working capital by managing available cash, coordinating with intercompany accountants and accounts payable to control IC payables and oversee dividend distribution. Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare annual cash plans, three-year cash projections, and comprehensive cash plans aligned with the project's lifecycle. Cash Management Procedures Development: Assist in establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and creating tools to track effectiveness. Evaluate and enhance existing procedures as needed. Cash Management and Covenants: Maintain oversight of cash movements between entities to ensure compliance with contractual structures and covenants, providing support and guidance to stakeholders.
