Responsibilities Responsible for the construction of technical management/training/warranty and claim process and team building Responsible for technical support and quality system and warranty system construction Responsible for the formulation of KPI of technical quality team and service stations Responsible for the implementation of technical quality business plan Responsible for the formulation and implementation of training plans Responsible for setting up the training classes Responsible for KPI development of warranty team Responsible for warranty business planning and warranty management of service stations and dealers Undertake related tasks of the department Qualifications Fluent English and Italian. xrdztoy Experience in the OEM or distributor same position in European market mainstream vehicle brands.
