We are looking for a Telemarketing Specialist who is proactive, customer-oriented, and passionate about building relationships through effective communication. In this role, you will directly contribute to pipeline growth by supporting demand generation and lead qualification activities, with a concrete impact on business opportunities and revenue development. by managing qualification calls, campaign follow ups, customer invitations, and engagement activities to strengthen customer relationships and identify business opportunities. YOUR JOB – What would be your responsibilities?
Conduct qualification calls to assess customer needs, interests, and business potential, Manage and work on contact lists generated from digital marketing campaigns (inbound and outbound leads)
Perform follow-up and recall activities related to marketing and commercial campaigns
Contact customers and prospects to promote events,



webinars, workshops, and company initiatives
Manage invitation campaigns and attendance confirmations for corporate events and marketing activities
Update and maintain customer information within the CRM system
Collect and record relevant customer feedback and market insights
Support customer engagement and retention initiatives through proactive communication
Monitor telemarketing activities and prepare regular reports on outcomes and key metrics
Ensure a professional and positive customer experience during all interactions
Contribute to the achievement of campaign and business objectives.
YOUR PROFILE – Qualifications
High school diploma, ITS qualification, or higher education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
Previous experience in telemarketing, customer service, inside sales, or customer engagement activities is preferred
