Experteer Overview In this role, you drive the Italian subsidiary's next growth phase within a global mobility organization. You shape the 3–5 year strategic direction and lead the execution of commercial and operational plans to improve profitability, market position, and sustainable growth. You work closely with the President/CEO and HQ to ensure alignment and accountability, while fostering a leadership culture grounded in transparency and talent development.
