The Contract Manager will participate in the review, preparation, negotiation and management of a variety of contract documents with an emphasis on third party sales channel and consulting agreements tracked and managed in the Conga Contracts system. negotiate and conclude a range of agreements including customer and supplier agreements, non-disclosure agreements, loan agreements and third-party sales channel agreements. Manage and complete third-party sales channel partner, consultant and other Conga agreements on behalf of the Teledyne FLIR Solutions Business Unit. Responsibilities will include: (i) request-phase collaboration with Sales and other key stakeholders; (ii) completion of due diligence requirements; (iii) drafting and negotiation of agreements; (iv) identification and communication of contract risks for business unit and corporate level approvals; (v) agreement execution; and (vii) "cradle to grave" document management including the processing of agreement renewals, amendments and terminations.
