Exceptional academic qualifications.
- Significant post-qualification legal experience (5+ years) at a leading global law firm, ideally with at least 4 years in private practice.
- High degree of independence, initiative, decisiveness and creative thinking, as well as a desire to be challenged.
- Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment. This role can be based in Rome or Milan. Some travel may be required.
- Familiar with cloud computing, IT infrastructure, and telecommunications.
- In-house experience at a technology or internet company.
- Significant technology transactional and regulatory experience.
