Overview Experteer OverviewIn this role you'll drive the Operating Unit's brand and portfolio strategy within a global Networked Organization. You will lead cross-functional collaboration to align with Global marketing and business performance, translating insights into winning consumer strategies. You'll shape growth plans, activation calendars, and integrated marketing across markets, while managing P&L; and developing team capabilities. This position offers a chance to influence a major beverage portfolio at scale and contribute to Coca‐Cola's Total Beverage Company vision.
Responsibilities Lead and socialize portfolio and brand strategy for the Operating Unit and EU expansion into the hydration space
Develop EU portfolio and brand strategy for LRP expansion and align with system stakeholders
Identify consumer insights and create strategies that deliver category and company targets
Develop and execute integrated marketing plans with IMX, drive growth, profitability, and market share
Manage P&L; in collaboration with Finance and ensure timely, high-quality plan execution
Lead,



coach and develop teams; foster cross-functional Agile collaboration
Roll out strategies and brand plans to local markets and ensure flawless implementation by franchise teams
Lead business reviews, measure performance, and reapply learnings to future plans
Optimize marketing mix and activations across ATL, BTL, POS, and digital across markets
Drive scalable ideas, synergies, and productivity across the OU
Interact with Frontline organization to ensure strategy roll-out and local amplification

Experience in innovation strategy, creative strategy, and category/brand strategy
Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams (preferred)
