We are recruiting a **M&A; tax consultant** to join our M&A; tax team in **Naples or Rome **who will be tasked with activities related to corporate finance transactions, specifically: - tax due diligence on corporate finance transactions (mergers, demergers, acquisitions, contributions, etc.);
- corporate reorganizations;
- analysis of the accounting treatment of corporate finance transactions under the Italian (OIC) and international (IFRS) reporting standards;




- opinions on Italian and international corporate taxation;
- preparation of corporate tax returns (Unico and IRAP tax forms).
- a master's degree in business or law with final marks of at least 100/110;
- 2/3 years of experience with firms specializing in M&A; transactions;
- qualification to practice as a Chartered accountant or Lawyer;
- an excellent knowledge of English (C1);
- an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
