We offer you a training project, within the Commercial Operations Department, in which you will have the opportunity to operate in a Premium Multinational Automotive Organization while learning how to develop and manage the Used Cars business in a changing business environment: In particular, the stage will focus on the following activities: - Support the order management process sent to VCI by long and short term rental companies.
- Register the delivery on Volvo system after receiving the registration document in coordination with the sales operations office.
- Provide support for the management of car accidents and fines by interfacing with external support interlocutors
- Analysis/Invoicing verification. You also have
- Graduated/student in Economics, or Business Management or Engineering or Equivalent with analytical background ( Bachelor or Master degree)
- Analytical, Communication and Problem solving skills




- Efficiency and timeliness in documental activities, in updating procedures, in data entry
- Proactive attitude
- Good relational and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Capability to work in team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to use Excel
- Fluent in English
- Availability to start the stage within January 2025 Duration and Compensation
- 6 months - full time (40 hours weekly basis)
- 800 € Net/monthly + Canteen
