YOUR ROLE
As a Digital Engineering & Product Lifecycle Senior Consultant, you will provide expert guidance, analyze business challenges, and develop data‐driven strategies. You will support implementation to enhance client performance and manage R&D; projects in Product Development, New Product Introduction, and digital process improvement, using technologies such as PLM, Simulation, AI, and Digital Twin, and methodologies such as DFX, MBSE, and Agile/ASPICE. In this role you will:
Analyze client data, identify issues, and propose solutions to meet strategic R&D; goals from Cost Reduction to Product Development, from PLM/ALM to Digital Twin.
Manage project lifecycles, define scope, oversee deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
Create actionable plans for R&D; improvement, operational excellence, or digital transformation.
Drive the execution of new processes, technologies (PLM, Simulation, AI, Digital Twin), and methodologies (DFX, MSD/MBSE, Agile/ASPICE), supporting the organization to embrace change and fostering adoption.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with C‐level executives in the R&D; field, leading meetings and presenting findings.
Analyze complex data and situations with strong analytical skills.
Demonstrate excellent presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Coach and mentor junior consultants, guiding their work and development.
Collaborate with all entities of the Capgemini Group (technological experts, data scientists, designers, etc.) to offer the best solutions to customers.
