Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the end-to-end preparation of Barilla's Group Consolidated Financial Statements, applying IFRS guidelines and supporting local accounting teams. You will act as a reference for IFRS/IAS interpretation, oversee the Reporting Package, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting. You will drive improvements in the consolidation system and coordinate with auditors, actuarial providers, and cross-functional colleagues. Retribuzione / Benefits Support the Senior Manager in intercompany reconciliation and full financial consolidation processes, including Group Annual Report preparation
Coordinate and optimize the consolidation system in partnership with the software provider
Lead IAS 19 pension funds actuarial process across Group companies and manage external relationships




Guide methodological approaches for actuarial activities and ensure integration into Group consolidation
Manage external audit relationships during year-end closure within the area of responsibility
Ensure correct application of consolidation policies and IFRS/IAS guidelines in reporting
Monitor audit and actuarial costs across Actual, Budget, and Forecast
Navigate transfer pricing complexities with end-to-end reconciliation of data across entities and non-Shared Service Center
Responsabilità University degree in Economics or similar
4+ years experience in IFRS accounting
Good knowledge of English
Strong knowledge of Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI)
Knowledge of Tagetik and SAP would be a plus
Analytical mindset, data accuracy, autonomy
