you’re responsible for booking service contracts, ensuring ad-hoc billable quotes are completed on time, and the completeness and accuracy of service cases/work orders upon closure in the GSMS/SAP environment.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Quote handelingCollaboration with key stakeholders in the service organization.Coordination of activities related to service operations.SAP transactionsMaintaining daily workload/dashboards/incoming communicationAdministrative tasks include but are not limited to:Booking services contractsBillable quotes/Preventative Maintenance quotesTechnical Services Assistance (TAC) requestsOccasional Credits and re-billingCollection of required data to complete service-related quality records.Administrating and archiving quality records into our service system Servicemax.Responsible for install base investigations/corrections.Perform other administra
