Experteer Overview In this role you will design and develop automotive products aligned with customer needs, driving feasibility analyses and technical decision-making across cross-functional teams. You will support customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, while ensuring robust technical documentation and product validation. You join the Technical Design Office to advance high-quality, innovative designs and contribute to international projects. This is a hands‐on position with opportunities to influence product cost, performance, and manufacturing readiness. Retribuzione / Benefits Design and develop automotive products per customer specs Assess feasibility of new products and applications Provide technical support to customers and help solve problems Lead technical discussions with customers, suppliers, and internal teams Prepare production drawings, specifications, tolerances, and BOMs Assist Sales with cost estimation and technical evaluation Plan design activities,



timelines, and monitor progress Collaborate with Experimental Lab, Production, and Quality teams Prepare and manage DFMEA, Product Validation Plans, IATF and APQP documentation Create product presentations and participate in cross-functional international projects Responsabilità Engineering Degree in Mechanical 8–10 years of automotive-related experience High level of English (written and oral) Knowledge of plastic materials and molding processes Preferred knowledge of cooling circuits for internal combustion engines Experience with 3 D design software (CREO) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook) Strong negotiation, proactivity, and team‐orientation Requisiti fondamentali thriving company dynamic team environment inclusive culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
