KWS Italia S.p.A. is looking for a Field Production Technician for their sugarbeet unit activities based in the Ferrara area. This is a full‑time position.
Responsibilities
- Coordination and supervision of field activities and the seasonal workers during the growing phases of the crops.
- Implement high quality assurance measures.
- Area responsibility for a dedicated production region.
- Support all activities related to the sugar beet seed production.
- Ensure production stability at a high marketable level (germination and purity).
- Apply continuous improvement techniques.
- Achieve seed production results at a stable level for yield and high quality.
- Implement good production techniques and new technologies.

Qualifications
- Residing in the Ferrara area or willing to relocate.
- Technician qualification in agriculture.




- Sound agricultural know‑how, preferably experienced in seed production.
- Fluent in Italian (mandatory), intermediate English.
- High flexibility and willingness to travel within production regions.
- Effective communication, teamwork, problem‑solving skills, delivering results, continuous development.
