Experteer Overview In this role you drive international sales growth by supporting distributors and partners, building long-term B2B relationships, and delivering tailored commercial solutions. You'll participate in a training program in Wales before relocating to Italy to join a regional sales hub. The position blends international travel, market insight, and cross-cultural collaboration to expand into new and existing markets. You'll contribute to shaping the company's global export strategy.
Retribuzione / Benefits Support distributors and international partners in commercial and after-sales activities
Develop long-term relationships with B2B customers and key stakeholders
Coordinate customer requests and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions
Identify opportunities to expand sales in existing and emerging markets
Contribute to development and organization of the international sales network
Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions and industry events




Monitor market developments and provide commercial insights
Travel internationally up to ~50% of time
Responsabilità Fluent in English; German is a plus
Experience in sales, export sales, business development or customer-facing B2B roles
Willingness to frequent international travel
Willingness to complete training in Wales and relocate to Italy
Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills
Comfortable working in multicultural and international environments
Experience in FMCG, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, rescue equipment, technical textiles, outdoor products or related sectors (beneficial)
Ambitious and interested in a career in international sales management
