REPORTING TO: Manager, EU Client Advisory Services
The Specialist Client Advisory Services is responsible for the operational management and coordination of European McDonald's clients across Marketing and Supply Chain. The role ensures efficient execution of programs and business‐as‐usual activities by acting as the single operational point of contact between clients, internal teams, and local distribution partners, directly contributing to service reliability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary operational contact for assigned European McDonald's markets
Manage day-to-day coordination between McDonald's Marketing and Supply Chain teams, internal stakeholders, and local distribution partners
Oversee operational execution of promotional programs and ongoing supply activities
Coordinate order flows, delivery timelines, and distribution readiness with local distribution partners
Track execution against agreed plans and proactively flag deviations, delays, or risks




Support issue resolution by coordinating corrective actions across internal teams and external partners
Maintain accurate operational visibility on volumes, timelines, and delivery status
Prepare and share regular operational updates, status reports, and escalation points as needed
Support continuous improvement of operational processes and client interfaces
Required Qualifications and Experience
3–5 years of hands‐on experience in logistics, supply chain, or related operations
Proven experience in managing logistics or supply chain projects
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management preferred
Experience in promotional items logistics and supply planning is a strong advantage
Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders effectively (internal teams, clients and distribution partners)
