Overview:
The Global Process Owner will join our Global Process Excellence team, responsible for overseeing and optimizing key Supply Chain processes. This role primarily focuses on Transportation and Warehouse processes and will be a key enabler in executing the Supply Chain Roadmap. The Global Process Owner will ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals and support its transformation journey. **Responsibilities**:

- Track the status of orders, ensuring timely shipment and delivery of products along with the necessary documentation for smooth order fulfillment.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to resolve issues at each stage of the order process (pre-order, order entry, post-order) and coordinate supply chain activities.




- Build strong working relationships with various business and functional groups through excellent communication skills.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, responsive support.
- Learn about our products and markets to ensure quality order handling and effective customer interaction. Qualifications:
**What We’re Looking For**: - An associate degree (2 years) or equivalent training/apprenticeship in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive attitude in addressing customer concerns and business needs, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Understanding of how operational processes impact order fulfillment KPIs.
- Basic knowledge of end-to-end order handling processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience with SAP and other relevant systems is a plus.
