We are currently seeking an EMEA Power & IT Systems Pricing Governance Specialist to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy
EMEA Power & IT Systems Pricing Governance Specialist is responsible for managing pricing operations and providing the processes, tools, methodology, and guidelines that ensure a consistent pricing approach across the Business Unit. The role enables Product Managers with the necessary frameworks and instruments to make informed pricing decisions and owns SOX related pricing documentation and compliance activities.
What kind of work will you be doing?




Pricing Process & Governance
Establish and maintain the pricing governance framework, owning the end to end pricing operations process for the Power and IT Systems BU—including monthly updates to the Pricing team—and ensuring SOX compliance communication.
Serve as the primary point of contact for pricing matters across teams. Collaborate with Pricing and Customer Insight teams to stay aligned with other pricing tools (e.g., Price Sentinel, K2), influence enhancements, and monitor emerging insights relevant to BU.
Competitive Intelligence & Market Analysis
Provide competitive pricing insights to support positioning decisions.
Maintain and further develop the Power BI web‐scraping tool used for competitive intelligence, ensuring data accuracy, structure, and accessibility for Product Management teams.
Track market trends and their impact on pricing strategies.
