Responsibilities Lead and execute the go-to-market and marketing strategy and execution for EP Cube in Italy, focusing on the residential energy storage segment Own the end-to-end marketing planning, execution, and performance management to strengthen EP Cube's brand, drive qualified leads, and support revenue growth in the Italian market Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, Business Development, and HQ Marketing to ensure integrated campaigns and strong regional alignment Define and lead EP Cube's Italian marketing strategy aligned to sales targets Identify audience segments, channels, and key messages tailored to the Italian market Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, events, PR, trade marketing) Manage agencies and vendors to deliver on-brand and on-budget campaigns Develop and adapt marketing content for regional audiences in Italian Organize and manage trade shows, partner events, and customer seminars in collaboration with Sales and HQ Define KPIs and measure campaign ROI, lead conversion,



and brand awareness Analyze customer insights, competitor trends, and market data to refine strategy Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications (Master's preferred) 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in renewable energy, storage, solar, or related industries Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies across B2 B/B2 C channels Strong understanding of distribution marketing, lead generation, and digital campaign management Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (Hub Spot, Salesforce, etc.) Proven ability to manage external agencies, vendors, and event partners Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making Prior experience in cross-cultural collaboration; exposure to Asian business environment is a plus Fluency in English and Italian (required) #J-18808-Ljbffr
