Experteer Overview As HSE Lead in Milan, you will drive health, safety and environmental performance on large-scale data centre projects across Europe. You will implement site-specific EHS plans, ensure compliance with Italian and EU rules, and foster a proactive safety culture with project teams and subcontractors. You will lead risk assessments, investigations, training, and audits, delivering continuous EHS improvement. This role combines engineering-focused safety leadership with cross-functional collaboration to mitigate risk and shape best practices within a leading data‐centre contractor.

Responsabilità NEBOSH qualification
10+ years' experience in a similar role on large-scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
Strong knowledge of current Irish and EU Health & Safety legislation
Experience on site in Italy or willingness to relocate on-site
