We are looking for a hands‐on, highly technical Data Analytics Manager - Finance to join our global Finance function. This role is a critical intersection between technical data architecture and financial strategy. You will lead a team of analysts to transform raw financial data into a single source of truth, driving predictability in our finance department working across verticals such as Finance Operations, Group Financial Controllers, FP&A;, Tax, TPRM, etc. As our CEO Guillaume Pousaz says, "High performance is a science, not an accident." You will be the lead scientist for our financial data. You will own the data pipelines, architect scalable models in Big Query, and act as a strategic bridge between Finance, Engineering, and Revenue Operations. This requires a strong collaborator, engaging deeply with the Product and Engineering teams. Given the global nature of our operations, occasional flexibility in working hours may be required, as some data becomes available after close of business for local hours. What you will be doing Data Architecture & Strategy:



Act as the technical owner of the Finance data ecosystem. You will oversee the design and execution of robust data pipelines using dbt, Big Query, and Snowflake to ensure our financial processes are efficient, scalable and real‐time. Financial Reporting & BI: Lead the development of sophisticated, automated dashboards in Looker or other visualization tools. You will move the needle from manual processes to data-backed predictability, ensuring leadership has a clear view of trading activity, financial reporting, and financial OKRs. Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage and develop a team of Finance Data Associates. You will foster our Human Operating System by coaching your team to bridge the gap between technical execution and business impact.
