Experteer Overview In this role you lead the pre‐construction delivery of a flagship data centre project in Milan, acting as the senior client‐side adviser on design, planning, procurement and strategy. You will guide project setup, governance and delivery structure before construction, collaborating with developers, funders and internal stakeholders. You'll shape design development, tendering and early contractor engagement while implementing KPIs and controls. This is a long‐term, high‐impact leadership position within a trusted client team.

Responsabilità Minimum 10+ years in a senior PM or Director role within client‐side consultancy or cost/project management
Proven experience leading large‐scale real estate, technology or mission‐critical developments
Expert understanding of project lifecycles from pre‐construction to mobilisation
Strong commercial, contractual and stakeholder management skills
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and align multiple workstreams
Degree‐qualified; chartership preferred (RICS, APM, CIOB, etc.)
Fluent English; Italian a premio
