Experteer Overview In this role you will manage intercompany accounting activities within a global services setup, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and process efficiency. You will work as part of an international Global Business Services team to optimize IC flows, support month‐end closes, and contribute to audits. You'll lead automation efforts and design new IC processes in response to evolving business needs. Responsibilities Manage intercompany flows, including recording journal entries and AP IC postings
Oversee, propose and enhance automated IC processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Design and implement new IC flows in response to evolving business needs
Prepare and approve account reconciliations ensuring accuracy and compliance
Complete month‐end close activities with tight deadlines and high standards




Oversee consolidated financial statement reconciliations at the intercompany level
Contribute to audits and provide relevant documentation as needed
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 1 year of accounting experience in multinational companies or consulting
Knowledge of accounting principles and intercompany reconciliation
General experience with Financial ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle HFM) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent analytical and problem‐solving skills with high attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross‐functional and cross‐country teams
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Proactive approach to process improvement and automation
Fluency in English; additional languages advantageous
