Within the Group Chief People & Organization Office, we are looking for a motivated and proactive intern to join the Group Talent Management team.

This internship is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Group Talent Management,



working in an international environment and supporting initiatives that help identify, develop and accelerate people across the organization.
The intern will support the team in:
- Contributing to key Talent Management processes across the Group, including Talent Reviews, Performance Management, Talent KPIs and Strategic Sourcing activities
- Preparing data analysis, reports and presentations on key populations, such as senior leaders and high-potential profiles, ensuring accuracy and high-quality outputs
- Supporting the organization and preparation of meetings and working sessions with the Global HR Community
- Contributing to the design and implementation of initiatives focused on people development, career acceleration and engagement
- Collaborating with different stakeholders across countries and functions, gaining exposure to a global and dynamic HR environment
