E80 Group is a multinational company specialized in the development of automated and integrated intralogistics solutions for manufacturers of consumer goods, operating in the beverage, food, tissue, and other sectors. The main systems produced by E80 Group include palletizing robots, laser-guided vehicles, robotic stretch wrappers and labelers, and automated high-density warehouses. The entire logistics flow is centrally managed by the SM.I.LE80 software platform (Smart Integrated Logistics), which ensures efficient system integration and optimizes the management of all operations—from the entry of raw materials, through storage, to shipping.
We are looking for a High Bay Warehouse Project Manager who will join the High Bay Warehouse Division and will be responsible for the implementation of automated warehouse systems. The HBW Project Manager will lead and coordinate all aspects of the project, from budget planning and budgeting through execution, testing and final commissioning at the customer's site.
Responsibilities




Act as a key point of contact for all stakeholders, both internal (project team) and external (end customers)
Ensure that both on-site and off-site activities comply with the quality, budget, and timeline objectives defined in the contract
Collaborate with internal departments involved in project development to verify process effectiveness and alignment with the quality system
Manage any change requests related to the initial contractual requirements
Requirements
Bachelor or Master's Degree in civil engineering or other related engineering degrees
Experience in automated warehouses, intralogistics, or material handling systems.
Fluent English, both spoken and written
Knowledge of advanced information systems, ERP, and BI tools
Familiarity with key tools and methodologies of Project Management
Strong communication and collaborative leadership skills
Strong customer-oriented mindset and focus on deli
