Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and results‐driven In Town Retail Consultant to join our team, with a strong focus on business development and client relationship management. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities within the Retail segment, managing end‐to‐end client relationships, and supporting the strategic growth of the portfolio.
Responsibilities
Origination & Business Development – Identify and develop new business opportunities, including mandates, clients, and strategic partnerships within the Retail segment.
Manage prospecting and pipeline activities from lead qualification through to conversion, contributing proactively to business growth and market expansion.
Client Management – Manage end‐to‐end relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring high service quality, client retention, and long‐term value creation. Oversee contractual governance and monitor asset and client performance KPIs, acting as a trusted advisor for key stakeholders.
Portfolio Management (Operational & Strategic) – Lead the operational and strategic management of retail portfolios, conduct performance analysis, monitor tenant mix and occupancy levels, and develop value enhancement initiatives.
Commercial Advisory in Negotiation, Sales & Leasing – Lead sales and leasing processes on both buy‐side and sell‐side transactions, defining go‐to‐market strategies, pricing approaches, and asset positioning.
