This position involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining clean and fully equipped accommodations, and acting as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and needs. **Key Responsibilities**
- Provide safe, functional, fully equipped and clean accommodation for guests.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to guest questions and needs, always with a friendly attitude.
- Provide detailed and relevant information to guests about the local area, campsite facilities and services.
- Clean accommodation both internally and externally at the start of the season and after each guest departure, ensuring they are ready for new arrivals.
- Facilitate smooth guest check-in and check-out processes, including key handover, deposit handling,



and registration on internal systems.
- Handle night calls on a rotational basis, assisting guests with their urgent needs. **What We Offer**

- Strong working knowledge of English (additional languages are a plus!).
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform daily physical tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the varying needs of the role.
- Comfortable with IT tools, including Google Drive, smartphones, tablets, and cloud-based systems.
- A willingness to learn and develop new skills.
