- Anticipate shipments and proactively track shipments
- Select appropriate carrier, negotiate rates with carriers and coordinate actual shipment
- Communicate with carrier to confirm shipment arrival and release
- Coordinate customs clearance and delivery to customer
- Execute client contact and align customer needs and services provided
- Arrange gathering and hand-over of freight documents
