Our mission is to bring history, art, and local traditions to life through engaging, well-crafted narratives that enrich the travel experience. **The Role** Additionally, this position involves **leading and mentoring a team of writers**, ensuring the quality, consistency, and accuracy of all content produced. You will oversee the editorial process, provide constructive feedback, and help maintain a strong storytelling voice across all scripts. **Responsibilities**
- Research and develop accurate, engaging content on historical sites, cultural landmarks, and local traditions.
- Write immersive **audioguide scripts** that balance storytelling with factual accuracy.
- Ensure the tone, structure, and style of scripts align with the **spoken word format** for audio experiences.
- Work closely with audio producers to refine scripts for the best listening experience.
- Review, edit, and provide feedback on scripts written by other writers, ensuring high editorial standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of writers, guiding them in storytelling techniques and best practices. **Requirements**: - **Native English speaker** with exceptional writing and storytelling skills.
- Proven experience in **writing for audioguides, tourism, or cultural content** (not marketing, SEO,



or unrelated fields).
- Strong understanding of **narrative techniques, pacing, and engagement** in spoken content.
- Ability to conduct in-depth research and synthesize complex historical or cultural information into accessible storytelling.
- Experience in **editorial leadership** or content management, with the ability to mentor and guide a team of writers.
- Excellent editing, proofreading, and fact-checking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management tools.
