SWEET INN ITALY is looking for a Guest Relation to join the city of Milan with the following skills
- Calm, efficient, and organised with great attention to detail
- Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive attitude when working with a VIP Guest
- Professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and guest service
- Fluent in English and Italian - third language is a plus but not necessary **Key Responsibilities**
- Follow operational procedures of check in and check
- Ensure proper guest requests are executed;
- Prepare and inspect apartment for guests and/or property tours




- Maintain a diligent vigilance of activity in the lobby, constantly looking for ways to assist guests or lobby staff
