About the Role
This role involves supporting the delivery of high‑quality provision for students with special educational needs within the Lower School. Working closely with the LS Support Lead and wider teaching team, you will help ensure that students receive tailored support both in and out of the classroom. You will contribute to planning and monitoring individual education plans (IEPs), supporting student progress, and helping create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. The role focuses on practical, student‑facing support rather than clinical or psychological services, with the opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals
