The Business Analyst will work in the company's IT unit focused on Business Process Automation, mainly based on Pega technology and low-code/no-code platforms. This role contributes to the digital transformation process in place and supports other bank offices in their work. The analyst will work as part of the Pega CoE team to match business needs with technical development.
Main tasks include:
- Understand customer needs and define functional requirements
- Design IT solutions with a high level of automation and digitalization




- Evaluate business processes and identify improvements
- Design testbook, test plan, and coordinate test execution
- Manage relationships of trust with internal customers and all stakeholders
- Manage internal and external communication
- Manage suppliers
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Ability to understand business challenges
- Previous experience in financial services (other players or consulting firms)
- Passionate team-worker with problem-solving and positive attitude
Nice to have:
- Knowledge/experience in Business Process Management platform and automation strategies
- Availability to travel to other Banca Generali offices (Milano / Trieste)
