Job Description: We are looking for a Digital Leader to be employed in our Milan office, for our Media Practice. The purpose of this role is to develop the best strategies and management of all areas of performance on assigned clients, manage and develop the team and act as an escalation point as required. You will: - support key clients to shape and implement their multichannel marketing and advertising strategy over different countries;
- take responsibility of paid digital marketing budget
- activate and coordinate a team of specialists based on clients’ needs, Leading; brand and acquisition activities across PPC, Retargeting, Display, Affiliation, DEM, Paid Social marketing
- be responsible for digital client revenue;
- be always up-to-date with the latest opportunities in the digital landscape;
- be a resources coordination;
- be able to track KPIs across multiple channels using website analytics (Google Analytics / Omniture /etc.);
- define and take of key metrics & actionable insights;
- communicate qualitative / quantitative analysis in a clear, precise and actionable manner;




- collaborate with different business units to develop a strategy and execution plan that drives results for clients;
- build and maintain strong and trusting relationships with clients;
- monitor client’s competitive landscape, industry changes and translating them into actionable recommendations; **Requirements**: - Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Communication or similar fields
- +7 years of experience of PPC, Display, Retargeting, Paid Social, Digital Planning and know how to scale each channel;
- Proficient in excel and Power Point;
- Proven analytical and quantitative ability;
- Problem solving and data centric approach
- Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills
- High details attention;
- Ability to work within strict deadlines;
- Interested in digital technology and has experience using latest marketing stack tools
- Effective time management;
- Strong strategic thinking;
- Team working and collaborative attitude;
