Are you ready to join us? **WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR** We are looking for an Intermediate Visual Designer to generate content that tells compelling retailer stories to drive strong visual design quality and increase engagement. This role will support the team by mentoring junior designers and ensuring they have the guidance necessary to produce engaging retailer content. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** As a Visual Designer you will be responsible for: - Generate concepts for compelling digital content that upholds retailer brand consistency and visual design quality to drive increased engagements
- Mentor junior designers by providing feedback and guidance to ensure that they have the knowledge and training necessary to complete their projects




- Provide expertise and execute on building scalable solutions for various content production projects to increase production efficiency.
- Execute on test plans and building prototypes based on direction from Senior Designer or Design Lead.
- Develop and produce custom promotional pages and publications for retailer partners (manual or templated) through the use of design tools and internal systems to ensure that retailer content is always on.
- Design scalable social media ads for multiple platforms using design tools and HTML/CSS to drive engagement to retailer's flyer and increase spend. **WHAT YOU'LL NEED**
- A diploma or degree in graphic design or design related field
- Strong fluency in English, to daily communicate with the Canadian colleagues;
- 3+ years design industry experience
- 1+ year(s) of leadership experience
- Mastery in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Proficiency in Figma
- Basic HTML/CSS experience **WHAT WILL HELP YOU THE MOST**
