As an executive, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. **Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute paid social media and display advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik-Tok, various DSP's and app network partners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging requirements.
- Conduct research and analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and customer behaviour to optimize campaign performance.
- Create compelling ad copy and creative assets, including images, videos, and landing pages, to maximize click-through rates and conversions.
- Set up and manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, targeting options, and tracking parameters to ensure accurate campaign measurement and ROAS analysis.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI,



and provide regular reports and insights to internal teams.
- Conduct A/B tests and optimize campaign elements, including audience targeting, ad placements, ad formats, and landing page design, to improve campaign performance.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in paid social media and display advertising to propose innovative ideas and strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, and web development, to ensure campaign alignment and seamless execution.
- Stay abreast of platform updates, algorithm changes, and ad policy guidelines to ensure compliance and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in managing paid social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Experience in social media advertising platforms, such as Meta Ads
- Manager and Snapchat Ads Manager. X, Tik Tok and Reddit is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
