**The Role** **TAX INSURANCE BROKER (M&A;, Transactional Risks, FINEX Global)** The M&A; team at WTW is a truly global team formed by sector professionals with extensive international experience in all areas of M&A; we have an in-depth, detailed understanding of the most complex transactions, aligning ourselves with the clients´ interests. This enables us to provide the best service and advice, tailoring the transactional risks insurance policy to each deal. Main responsibilities: - Analyze and assess clients' tax risks to identify the most appropriate insurance solutions.
- Structure and negotiate tax insurance policies with leading insurance companies.
- Provide advice on tax insurance products for M&A; transactions, tax disputes, and other situations of tax uncertainty.
- Collaborate with W&I; team to integrate tax coverage into clients' W&I; insurance programs.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance partners.
- Monitor regulatory and market developments to offer innovative and up-to-date solutions. **Qualifications**:
**The Requirements** Qualifications: - **Degree in Economics, Finance, Law, or related fields**.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.




- Ability to work in a team and manage complex projects with attention to detail. **Experience**: - **+4 years of experience in a law firm (tax) or in a tax advisory firm**.
- Previous experience in tax insurance, M&A; insurance, specialized insurance, or tax consulting is beneficial. **Skills**: - Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong negotiations skills
- Good levels of business and financial acumen with an understanding of company strategy
- Presentation and communication skills - ability to present clearly, translating concepts and information in a manner that is appropriate and accessible to all levels, both internally and externally
