- Your opportunity_ The Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking for a Security Specialist, being based at our office in Florence, Italy.
- How you will contribute_
- Manage and maintain physical security systems, conduct vulnerability assessments, and oversee contractors' activities.
- Develop and test security procedures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collect and analyse security data, prepare reports, and conduct preliminary theft or shortage analyses.
- Stay updated with laws and regulations,



liaise with vendors and security functions, and ensure compliance with security guidelines.
- Report risks, lead investigations, conduct security assessments, and serve as a point of contact with the police and other security functions.
- Ensure security services are performed, address customer needs, oversee service quality, support special events.
- Who you are_
- At least 4 years’ experience in the security sector.
- Good knowledge of system management (Access control, CCTV, alarms, PSIM and / or management software).
- Trustable and in possession of high level of confidential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
