Mission
Prepare and manage all aspects related to the coffee bar, serve drinks and prepare standard cocktails for the outlet’s customers, in accordance with service manuals and proper counter management.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, cappuccinos, espresso, other beverages, and classic cocktails.
- Manage the coffee bar counter, including stock control and replenishment; submit reports via EISI in accordance with internal procedures.
- Oversee and ensure proper preventive maintenance and deep cleaning of the outlet.
- Conduct daily inventory checks of crockery, glassware, and cutlery.
- Ensure the outlet layout complies with brand standards.
- Follow opening and closing checklists for the outlet.
- Guarantee compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
- Fluency in Italian; good knowledge of English.
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong team spirit.
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

The position can be classified at level C3 of the National Collective Contract Turismo AICA, with an initial economic treatment not lower than the contractual minimums foreseen for the level that will be identified at the outcome of the selection (level C3: € 1,621.40 gross monthly).
The indicative Gross Annual Salary is between € 22,699.60 and € 23,570.12, in relation to the skills, experience gained, degree of autonomy, responsibilities and working conditions of the position.
