In this role, you contribute to client payroll processing within the Payroll Team, making a meaningful individual contribution and coordinating with managers on assigned clients. You work to ensure timely, accurate payroll activities and compliance with required communications to employment offices, health funds, and pension authorities. The position involves data entry, record-keeping, and occasional ad hoc projects, with a focus on quality. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and rely on your organization and problem-solving skills to support client payroll operations. Responsibilities Liaising with Employment Office
Mandatory communications with Employment Office for new hires/terminations/contractual changes
Perform record keeping, reporting, and payroll processing activities for clients with basic payroll complexity in a timely manner
Data input of time cards in the system (Zucchetti)
Sending mandatory communications to health insurance funds
Regular communication with pension authorities regarding changes of beneficiary
Print and mail payroll checks
Ad hoc projects
Qualifications Good Knowledge of English (B2)
Proficiency in all MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook)
Degree in Law and/or Economics
Up to 2 years' experience in similar organizations
Understanding of pension systems
Responsible and organized
Good communication skills
