Experteer Overview In this role you will lead IT service governance and performance in a complex insurance environment, ensuring services align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and high resilience. You will collaborate with IT leadership to implement ITIL-based processes, manage incidents and vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement. The position offers interaction with senior leadership to shape IT strategy and operational efficiency, with a focus on service quality and risk management. This is a strategic, cross‐functional role in a mature IT organization.

Drive service performance management and ensure alignment of IT services with expectations
Lead incident, problem, and change management processes
Manage relationships with external providers and ensure contractual compliance
Coordinate priorities with support teams to resolve complex service issues




Monitor service availability and performance, identify optimization opportunities
Assist planning and reporting of IT budgets and expenditures
Support regulatory compliance and cybersecurity standards
Produce management reporting on service performance and financial indicators
Responsabilità Experience managing complex IT services and operational teams
Strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks
Experience with ITSM platforms, ticketing systems, and cybersecurity processes
Solid vendor management and contract governance capabilities
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Negotiation experience with external service providers
