Experteer Overview In this role you will bridge product vision with engineering execution for AI-driven energy solutions. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate ML/AI concepts into feasible technology, while maintaining solution intent amidst delivery realities. You contribute technically, mentor others, and engage with customers as needed. You will lead architectural discussions, define features, and guide delivery decisions within an energy-focused AI context. This is a hands‐on, impact-oriented opportunity to shape how AI integrates into Baker Hughes' energy transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities Collaborate with the AI Solution Manager to preserve solution intent while adapting to execution realities
Contribute to architectural and technical decision-making to ensure feasibility and technical completeness
Manage the initiative backlog, writing clear features and user stories
Assess technical complexity to support estimation, planning, and delivery
Lead technical deep‐dives and requirements workshops with engineers and specialists
Support AI/ML use case definition, data readiness, and model evaluation to inform decisions
Act as the primary technical interface for stakeholders during execution, communicating key issues and progress
Execute and support design, analysis, testing, integration, and prototyping using sound engineering practices
Qualifications Solid software engineering foundation (architectures, REST APIs, microservices, cloud)
Working knowledge of AI/ML platforms and techniques (Azure, OpenAI, Databricks, LangChain)
Ability to write clear, high‐quality features and user stories executable without ambiguity
Strong analytical and systems‐thinking skills to evaluate architecture, impacts, and trade‐offs
Execution‐focused, pragmatic, and detail‐oriented
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery and DevOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring)
Ability to apply systems engineering methodologies (requirements, architecture, integration, risk manag
