About the Role
We are looking for a Junior Engineering Recruiter to join our Milan team and kick‐start their career in technical recruitment within a dynamic outsourcing environment. In this role, you'll learn the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting the placement of engineering professionals with our client portfolio across Italy. If you're ambitious, people‐oriented,

What You'll Do
Support end‐to‐end recruitment processes for engineering roles across disciplines, including mechanical, civil, industrial, and electrical engineering.
Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, CV databases, referrals, and other networks.
Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess technical fit and motivation.
Build and maintain a pipeline of engineering professionals available for outsourcing and staff augmentation projects.
Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client needs, project timelines, and technical requirements.
Ensure every candidate receives a professional and positive experience throughout the process.
