Overview In this role you will drive global product and process development from bench to manufacturing scale-up, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery. You will oversee pilot labs, coordinate with RDQ, and shape manufacturing line design and upgrades. You'll work cross-functionally to sustain breakthrough innovations while refining formulas and processes for confectionery products. This is a high-impact, multisite role that blends technical excellence with project leadership to support the company's long-term strategy.

Responsibilities 10 years' experience in food products and processes, preferably confectionery
Strong confectionery technological knowledge
Good knowledge of product formulation, raw materials, and processes
Experience in a global/multisite manufacturing environment is desirable
Ability to manage projects from start to finish across multiple domains
Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences
Strong organizational and managerial capabilities
Independent work style with initiative and deadline discipline
Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders
Willingness to travel abroad (~40%)
