- Role Overview
- Offer refund services to tourists as well as 1st level support during refund Tax Free processes, delivering a consistent and professional service in line with the current policies and procedures.
- What you will do- Provide the tourist with full and high
- standard support during the refund transactions, customized on requirements and case.- Support the tourists throughout the whole refund process,



collaborating with the Customs authorities.- Maintain the customer experience at a high level as an important step of the customer journey.- Communicate with the main office and other departments in matters of daily business.- Undertake any general administrative task as assigned by the refund manager.
- Who you are- Previous working experience in a comparable position (finance/hospitality)- Experience in cash handling and relevant procedures- Ability to work in customer
- facing roles- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Reliable, team player and hands on mentally- Fluency in written and spoken English
